Weddings are wonderful but when you experience a wedding like S&K’s, you realize that weddings are experiences. For S&K, their Hycroft Manor wedding celebration was a perfect blend of tradition, elegance, personalization and unforgettable entertainment. We were honoured to support them with so many critical roles.

From our very first planning call, their vision was clear, honour guests with authentic Korean traditions. The groom greeted all guests with a bow as they entered. They gave special attention and respect to the elders. Dennis was their officiant and had the honour of acknowledging all guests and coordinate a special honouring of each respective set of parents as the bride and groom approached them, bowed and embraced in a hug. The ceremony was filled with laughter and a lot of tears.

Cocktail hour following the ceremony was a joyful occasion as guests enjoyed a cocktail under the sunshine along with delicious passed canapés while the terrace was transformed into a Michelin star like dinner setting.

The aesthetically breathtaking Hycroft Manor was the perfect Vancouver wedding venue for their vision for a modern, yet classic celebration.

We provided all the audio equipment and delivery of music including MC service provided by our Dynamic Weddings DJ. From the ceremony music, to the cocktail hour to the high energy dance flor, every song was selected to match their taste and vision.

After a delicious dinner, the bride and groom enjoyed their first dance, outdoors on the Juliet balcony. Afterwards, we all went downstairs to the ballroom for an epic dance party. Guests were so excited to see the room transformed with purple uplighting to create depth, warmth and a vibrant ambiance. We included a combination of English hits, to Korean K-pop classics and of course the crowd pleasing classics. The groom and his groomsman surprised the bride with a boy band like performance. The bride was elated.
